Overview

Indonesia has one of the most extensive educational systems in the world, with 52 million students and 3,428,704 Teachers from 400 thousand schools (MOECRT, 2024). However, Indonesia faces a teacher shortage of 1.3 million in 2024, which might increase due to many teachers retiring yearly. In addition to this issue, Teachers often face various challenges that can hinder them from delivering high-quality teaching, such as heavy administrative duty, low welfare standards, and competencies.

Specific Objectives

Enhancement teaching quality by equipping teachers with innovative teaching methods, developing their competencies, and implementing practical activities in the classroom. This will enable teachers to inspire and guide their students to become entrepreneurial thinkers and problem-solvers, fostering innovative mindsets.

Enhancing teachers' welfare by providing professional development materials, empowering them with economic autonomy, and encouraging them to serve as role models.

Who Can Join

This program is open to all teachers in Indonesia, whether you are a beginner or an experienced educator looking to upskill and adapt to modern educational trends. Teachers from SD (Elementary School), SMP (Junior High School), and SMA/SMK (Senior High School/Vocational School) who are officially registered at their institutions are welcome to join.
